What Is AIOps?
AIOps is the best way to ensure your AI models get the most out of production. It's similar to DevOps in that it merges silos, but AIOps focuses on automation and IT services rather than software development. So, what does AIOps do? Well, it's a collection of best practices, tools and techniques for deploying and maintaining optimal outputs from AI models in production. It's essential to any organization's digital transformation strategy because automation helps companies achieve greater efficiency and cost savings. Yet what exactly does "optimal output" mean? That depends on your business goals! For example, you want to improve customer satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations based on their past purchases. In that case, you'll need a system that can collect information about each customer's purchase history and then use it to predict what else they might be interested in buying. AIOps is about to become a precept of the destiny tech market. Many corporations produce massive volumes of statistics that may be used to decide how their IT offerings are performing. AIOps seeks to take gain of log and overall performance statistics through automating the earlier operational analytics setups that did greater of this sort of factor manually. In the past, organizations used to rely on manual processes to analyze their operational data to gain insight into the performance of systems. This process was time-consuming and required much manual work from analysts, limiting how much data could be analyzed. AIOps is designed to address this problem by automating the process so that analysts only need to specify what data they want to be analyzed and then let AIOps do the rest! This means that AIOps can analyze large amounts of data much faster than manual methods because it doesn't require human intervention other than specifying what metrics should be tracked down first before running an analysis job against them later down south.
