What Is Rapid Mobile Application Development (RMAD)?

So, you want to build a quick application. You want it to be efficient, effective, and user-friendly. You want it to be the kind of app people don't just use but love the type of app they can't stop talking about. Well, you're in luck! Rapid mobile application development (RMAD) is a specific type of rapid application development (RAD) that affects mobile designs. It is based on the idea that application development can be expedited with various streamlining approaches like outsourcing coding tasks or using automated processes for testing. RMAD has been used for years by some of the biggest names in tech: engineers at Google and Amazon constantly innovate ways to make RMAD more efficient than ever before. The term RMAD was coined in 2014 by Adobe Systems, Inc. as part of their announcement of a new product called Adobe® PhoneGap Build. Since then, RMAD has become a buzzword in the technology industry and describes any approach that uses streamlined methods to build mobile applications. It is a bit of a catch-22. Rapid mobile application development is about streamlining the design process, but it might also make it more challenging to customize your product. The good news is that we're not talking about coding platforms here. We're talking about platforms that offer GUI interfaces for a design that gets around some of the benchwork involved in programming. In other words, they take care of some of the more tedious parts of development so that you can focus on your creativity. It can be great news for anyone who wants to create mobile apps but doesn't have the time or expertise to learn how to code them! It's like getting an assistant who can help you with everything except actually doing your job. They'll take care of everything else while you focus on what matters most: being creative and making your app stand out from the crowd.
