Frames are a pretty cool way of splitting up the browser window, but they can be a pain if you need to learn how to use them. A frameset is an element in HTML that allows you to split the screen into different frames. It's used for everything from dividing other parts of an article or website between brackets to creating a "menu" for all options. The best part about using framesets is that there's no need for any other coding language: just put your content inside an HTML file and add a few <frame> tags to divide it up!
