Additionally, RDRAM may have dual channels, which doubles the transfer rate. Another high-performance option for video RAM is Window RAM (WRAM), a dual-ported VRAM that boasts approximately 25 percent greater bandwidth than regular VRAM. That's why RFID technology is so exciting. It's similar in theory to bar codes, but instead of requiring line-of-sight to a reader and being scanned directly, an RFID tag can be within the range of an RFID reader and still be read. Multiple items can be checked quickly and easily, even when surrounded by other items on the shelf or in your bag. So what does this mean for you?
