An organization's business processes are the procedures in place for doing business. These may include hiring new employees, onboarding them into the company, training them for their responsibilities, purchasing supplies needed for production, arranging for the repair or replacement of defective products, arranging for the shipment of products to customers, etc. The success of an organization depends, to a large extent, on the efficiency of its business processes. Business process improvement refers to the continuous effort to make business processes better. Business processes are divided into three parts Management Processes, Operational Processes and Supporting Processes; business processes also include invoicing, Shipping products, Receiving orders, Updating personnel data and Determining marketing and other budgets.
