Betaware is the new way to get your software in steps or increments. As this is the way, beta works. Betaware is an early-phase program still in the development and testing stages of software products before public release. Betaware is a pre-released program or application that is distributed to a restricted group of individuals so they can try it out under natural conditions before it is officially released to the general public. These beta versions have been through alpha testing and seem close to the final product, but changes occur as testing continues and bugs are identified. In this manner, the final product is bug-free. Beta testers are the unsung heroes of the tech world. They're the people who make betaware better by finding and reporting bugs, giving feedback on features, and suggesting new ones. No matter how much you love your betaware, it will always have more bugs than the finalized version. That's why beta testing is so important: it lets you see what works and what doesn't before you release your product to the general public. In a closed beta test, only a select group of users participates in the process; for example, a company may invite its employees to try out its new software before releasing it to customers. Closed betas are more focused than open betas because they're limited to one particular group; however, they can also be harder to manage because fewer participants are available to test new features. An open beta test is available to anyone who wants to participate the more people involved in testing out your product before launch, the higher the chance something will go wrong with it when you launch! Open betas don't just help companies find bugs; they also help them get feedback on their products and make improvements based on what users want!

This was not done in vain, however. The assistant professor was attempting to teach his students about image processing. He wanted them to see what was possible with a computer, so he showed them how to reproduce images from magazines and newspapers on their minicomputers.
