What Is In Real Life (IRL)?
It's merely a fancier way of expressing "in the real world," but the acronym "IRL" stands for "in my real life." It is the antithesis of the virtual world, in which we spend a significant amount of time these days engaging in activities like gaming, social media, and internet use. IRL (in real life) is where all the action is, folks! You may feel the sun on your face, hug your loved ones, and have a delicious slice of pizza there (extra pepperoni, please). It's a place where you can talk to real people, develop relationships that matter, and try new things. However, let's pay attention to the more technical aspects of the situation. IRL is where you can use your #5G network to stream your favorite shows while you're on the go, where you can use virtual reality to explore new worlds, and where you can use augmented reality to enrich your everyday experiences. The problem is, spending an excessive amount of time in the virtual world might give rise to #FOMO (fear of missing out) and #SocialMediaAnxiety. Therefore, it is necessary to strike a balance between the real and online worlds. Due to this, taking a break from the screens and either going for a walk, meeting up with friends, or getting outside for some fresh air and sunshine is essential. Disconnecting from technology before bed will help you get a higher quality sleep overall. Therefore, let us all pledge to ourselves that we will spend more time interacting with real-life people. Please make the most of your time in the real world by reading a book in the park, visiting a new city, or enjoying a picnic with friends. Let's face it. Nothing surpasses getting a real-life high-five or a hug from someone you care about more than anything else. #GetOutside, #RealWorld, #InRealLife
