Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker Powers Agentic AI-Driven Customer Experience Workflows
CX Enterprise Coworker is a system designed to shift marketing from campaign-based execution to continuous, intelligent engagement.
It introduces artificial intelligence (AI) agents that can monitor signals, recommend next actions, and execute workflows in real time based on defined business goals.
Rather than relying on manual coordination, the system operates as an AI-powered teammate that connects planning, execution, and optimization. It continuously evaluates performance, adapts workflows, and refines outcomes without requiring constant human intervention, while still keeping oversight in place.
The goal is simple: reduce operational friction and allow teams to focus on strategy instead of execution. Whether launching campaigns, responding to market signals, or optimizing customer journeys, the system builds and runs workflows automatically using the right data and agents.
Adobe Expands Customer Experience Intelligence With New Tools And Platform Integrations
The new offering is deeply integrated into Adobe Experience Platform and its ecosystem, including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer. These integrations allow businesses to act on insights instantly, bridging the long-standing gap between data and execution.
Adobe also introduced a series of new capabilities to strengthen this intelligence layer. These include Adobe Engagement Intelligence, a decisioning engine focused on customer lifetime value, Adobe Journey Optimizer Loyalty for gamified experiences, and Adobe CX Analytics, which unifies insights across channels and touchpoints.
Additionally, Real-Time CDP now expands profiles to include both structured and unstructured data, giving AI systems richer context for personalization.
With over 20,000 brands already relying on Adobe’s ecosystem, the company highlighted that its platform now powers more than one trillion experiences annually, underscoring the scale at which these innovations will operate.
Open Architecture And Industry Partnerships Position Adobe For Agentic Ecosystems
A key differentiator for CX Enterprise Coworker is its open and flexible architecture. Built on standards like Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent, it is designed to operate across a wide range of AI platforms, including those from AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
Adobe is also partnering with NVIDIA to integrate secure runtime and open models, enabling governed AI deployments for regulated industries. This ensures that businesses can adopt agentic AI without compromising on security, compliance, or control.
"Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker will be the next step for businesses that are retooling marketing workflows to help teams take advantage of agentic AI technology,” said Anjul Bhambhri, SVP of engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration, Adobe.
“By synthesizing intelligence from across Adobe applications, enterprise systems, and leading AI platforms, we are closing the gap between insight and action, enabling brands to deliver one-to-one personalized experience at scale. This is what it means to put the full power of agentic intelligence to work for marketing teams."
