Apple’s Foldable iPhone Faces Delays As Its App Store Fight With Epic Games Heats Up!

While delays in early testing aren’t unusual for new form factors, they do signal that Apple is still fine-tuning the technology before bringing it to market.

At the same time, Apple is also continuing its long-running legal battle with Epic Games over App Store policies. The company is preparing to take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court after lower courts questioned its 27% commission on purchases made through external payment systems.
 
The dispute dates back to 2020, when Epic introduced external payment options in its app to bypass Apple’s fees. While Apple largely won the initial case, courts later ruled that its approach to external payments may not comply with earlier orders. Now, with limited options left in lower courts, Apple is looking to escalate the matter further.
