Samsung is turning Galaxy launch excitement into a payments play.

Ahead of its Galaxy Unpacked event, the company introduced the Samsung Galaxy Card, its first credit card, with elevated rewards for Samsung purchases and everyday spending.

Samsung Galaxy Card Brings 5% Rewards To Galaxy Purchases


Issued by Barclays US Consumer Bank on the Visa network, the Samsung Galaxy Card gives customers 5% cash rewards on eligible purchases made directly with Samsung, including preorders for the next Galaxy device.

Eligible early access customers can apply online now. Public applications begin July 22, 2026, including at Samsung retail stores in the U.S. New cardholders can earn $200 in bonus cash rewards after spending $2,000 within the first 90 days.

Samsung Expands Rewards Across Wallet, Streaming And Daily Spending


Cardholders earn 3% cash rewards on Samsung Wallet purchases, 2% on streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify, and 1% on all other purchases. Samsung is also offering 20% off Samsung VIP Advantage and 5% cash rewards when purchasing or renewing a membership. Terms apply.

Today, Samsung Galaxy Card offers users a new way to be rewarded every time you pay,” said Woncheol Chai, EVP and Head of the Digital Wallet Team at the Mobile eXperience (MX) Business at Samsung Electronics.

Samsung Wallet Integration Connects Payments To The Galaxy Ecosystem


The card will be available virtually and as a premium metal physical card with a black Samsung logo. Users can add it to Samsung Wallet alongside compatible cards, IDs, passes, digital keys, and other supported items, with Samsung Knox providing on-device security.
