AI for All

Samsung doubled down on its commitment to using AI technology to enable new possibilities, protect personal information and enhance daily lives.

As such, the company has invested over a decade into advanced intelligence technologies, guiding research and innovation for developers and customers.

Samsung's AI for All strategy is designed to create AI rooted in personalization for every individual, including family plans, new homeowners and creators and innovators exploring new technologies.

Building on AI ethics principles such as fairness, transparency and accountability, the goal is to provide AI for All without compromising privacy by leveraging on-device AI, offering high performance through cloud and generative AI (GenAI).

The AI for All strategy will more closely integrate Galaxy AI on mobile devices to boost productivity, creativity and communication; bespoke AI appliances to simplify daily life; AI-powered displays on Samsung smart TVs with Tizen and cross-platform AI enhancements for Bixby, SmartThings and One UI 7.
One UI 7

At the event, Samsung previewed its One UI 7, the new iteration of its One UI, its user interface developed for its Android devices.

As per the company, its One UI has always been designed to offer personalized, creative and productive experiences on mobile devices.

The new version offers a simple, impactful and emotive design, enabling new ways for users to integrate Galaxy AI features into daily activities.

One UI 7’s beta version will be available for developers before the end of the year.
AI Home

Samsung is bringing advanced AI technology through its Bespoke AI appliances to simplify household tasks.

The idea is to bring better experiences to the entire household to “make life better, simpler and easier than ever.”

This initiative is further enhanced by the AI-upgraded Bixby, which can now control smart homes more efficiently, enabling voice commands without wake-up prompts and increasing accessibility by opening appliance doors.

Bixby on Samsung smart TVs will allow users to search content with descriptions and control settings through multiple commands, while also enabling them to control their TV from their phone.

Furthermore, Samsung will integrate AI in visual displays with AI Upscaling, AI Customization and a new Daily Board SDK, allowing developers to turn any smart TV screen into a one-stop-shop for daily information like weather, device health and local updates.
Knox

Building on its commitment to security and privacy, the company spoke about Samsung Knox, as it continues to invest in strengthening its security governance to ensure that the latest AI experiences.

Samsung will also expand its blockchain-based Knox Matrix from mobile devices to TVs and home appliances for enhanced multi-device protection.

The Passkey feature, launching with 2025 Tizen TVs, AI Family Hub fridges, and AI Home appliances, will improve security and convenience by supporting web logins via mobile QR code scanning.
Other Announcements

Samsung also unveiled Visual Experience Transformation (VXT), an AI-powered signage platform with a CMS (content management solution).

This will offer streamlined content production and integration through an AI-powered chatbot and PIRS (Pre-Integrated Repeatable Solution) and WiNE (Widget aNd Extension) Frameworks.

Samsung’s Tizen OS is expanding to more devices, including AI-enabled home appliances with the AI Home 7-inch LCD touchscreen and is enhanced by Tizen AI services for smarter, personalized experiences.

It even offers stronger interoperability with the Galaxy ecosystem, enabling Multi-Control across devices and supports the latest Flutter version and a new SDK for RISC-V applications arriving in 2026.

Samsung SmartThings, which comes with over 350 million subscribers and 340+ WWST partners, is using advanced AI to enhance experiences and expand partnerships, including its upcoming Home Insight feature, which analyzes user data, usage patterns, device history and home stats collected in real-time to offer a better home experience.

Samsung plans to integrate SmartThings Hub into all devices with screens, including partner connectivity and its Edge AI technology, alongside new collaborations with Schlage and Aqara.

The company’s new partnership with Kohler will boost its sustainability efforts, by helping users monitor and reduce water usage with smart showerheads and faucets.
