Boutique Northern California Real Estate and Litigation Team Joins Scale LLP

The Silicon Valley-based remote work firm continues its national growth with the addition of a Northern California team of real estate, wealth planning and litigation pros.

San Francisco, June 15, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Scale LLP, the full-service, national law firm built by former Silicon-Valley tech GCs to serve high-growth companies, announced today that Robin Shofner, Erica Shepard, and Whitney Joubert are joining the firm to bolster its growing Real Estate and Litigation practices.

Prior to joining Scale, the team worked together for over a decade at boutique law firm MOBO Law, LLP, serving clients in Northern California and Nevada. Shofner brings 13 years of experience specializing in Real Estate and Litigation and is a graduate of UCLA School of Law. Shepard started her career at Heller Ehrman. She brings 15 years of experience with a Masters of Law in Taxation and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Joubert has a decade of experience as a Certified Paralegal and has worked closely with Shofner and Shepard to build an expanding practice.
