Aspia Group Strengthens Its Nordic Leadership And Appoints Ditte Fenger As New Country Manager For Denmark

Aspia Group, the Nordic region’s leading provider of technology enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services, announces the appointment of Ditte Fenger as the new Country Manager for Denmark, effective 15 January 2026. Ditte will also join the Group Management Team.

Ditte Fenger brings extensive leadership experience and commercial skills from global, technology driven companies, where she has led large teams and driven digital transformation, operational excellence and customer focused development. Her background includes senior executive roles in MedTech and SportsTech, as well as advisory work supporting companies undergoing rapid growth and change.

As Country Manager, Ditte will be responsible for Aspia Group’s continued growth and operational development in Denmark, including strengthening the customer offering and further integrating the Danish organisation into the group’s Nordic platform.

Commenting on her appointment, Ditte Fenger says

Ditte succeeds Karsten Heiselberg, who is leaving the company after 14 years. "We are deeply grateful for Karsten’s contribution during more than a decade of building and developing our Danish operations," says Ola Gunnarsson.
