The pilot produces a workflow and control assessment, an evidence and review map, a record of known limitations, executive findings and a production roadmap. Initial discovery uses high-level workflow information, synthetic examples, de-identified material. Secrets, credentials, protected health information, payment data, classified information and other regulated records are excluded from the public intake and initial discovery process unless a later agreement and approved data-handling plan are in place.

The first pilot motions focus on financial services, healthcare and defense-safe enterprise operations. Example workflows include fraud and risk analysis, customer-service AI, clinical documentation, healthcare operations, cybersecurity decision support, knowledge assistants and controlled AI-agent workflows.
