Quectel Showcases IoT Offering At Japan IT Week Spring In Tokyo

As part of this, the company will be offering the Quectel BG773A-GL module at the SORACOM IoT Store and user console.

Attendees will have the opportunity to find out more about the Quectel BG773A-GL module while at the show. This innovative ultra-compact LTE Cat M1, NB1, and NB2 module features integrated SIM (iSIM) support. The iSIM functionality of this cutting-edge module offers significant flexibility and simplicity for integrators and IoT service providers. Essentially, it allows a device with a single stock-keeping unit (SKU) number to seamlessly access the appropriate connectivity required to support its operations worldwide.

Additionally, Quectel will conduct live demonstrations highlighting the capabilities and adaptability of its IoT modules across various sectors, including smart cities, retail, automotive, and gaming. Attendees can experience first-hand demonstrations at the Quectel booth including:

• Dynabook, who will be presenting the Dynabook V83/KW Business 5in1/2in1 notebook PC that uses the Quectel EM120R-GL LTE Cat 12 module to create a 4G WAN option to allow users to comfortably connect to the Internet from anywhere.
• Century Systems who will be showcasing their FutureNet MA-S120/GLA router that uses the Quectel EC25-J LTE Cat 4 module to enable multi-carrier LTE/3G communication.
