Leaseweb Deepens Commitment To The APAC Region With The Appointment Of John Duley As Managing Director, Japan

Leading Leaseweb's Sales, Channel and Growth Strategies in the Japanese Market

TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leaseweb Global, a leading cloud services and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider, today announced the appointment of John Duley as its Managing Director, Japan. With over 35 years of experience and an outstanding track record of leading Japanese corporations across the IT industry, he will be responsible for driving Leaseweb's expansion in the local market and strengthening its presence as a leading global cloud and hosting provider.

Prior to joining Leaseweb, Duley spent more than 15 years as Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Advantage 24, a pioneer of proprietary infrastructure, software and Multi-Cloud Interconnect products. He has also held executive leadership roles with leading technology organizations in Japan, including WithSecure, Acquisio and Tealium. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Japanese from Willamette University.

In his new role, Duley will lead Leaseweb’s domestic growth, sales and channel strategy in Japan. This will include building its local partnership network, working closely with leading systems integrators to strengthen the company’s reach and enhance local engagement. In addition, he will focus on building Leaseweb’s support services to deliver the company’s cloud, dedicated server and managed hosting solutions to Japanese businesses.
