BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FIntegrate, a data-driven analytics company focused on portfolio tracking, collections and revenue recovery software for the financial industry, announced the addition of its Fusion for Reg E Dispute Management solution to it’s collection and recovery software platform, FusionCRS™. The new solution is designed to eliminate the costly and inconsistent manual processing of Reg E claims and disputes while increasing productivity, reducing errors and improving customer/member service.

Fusion for Reg E Dispute Management simplifies and expedites the administration of disputed electronic transactions (debit card, ATM, ACH, and remittance transfers) by promoting more structured management and compliance policies from a single, integrated platform. The highly configurable solution is designed to increase operational efficiency, improve tracking, help ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance customer/member support and service.

“Managing Reg E disputes is typically a very manual process and the extensive requirements of dispute initiation, tracking, resolution and notification can be overwhelming for banks and credit unions,” said Kris Bishop, CEO of FIntegrate. “With our new solution in place, banks and credit unions benefit from having all the tools needed to effectively manage the entire resolution process on one platform, minimizing the risk of regulatory action and losses related to non-compliance. The built-in automation frees up bank and credit union staff to focus on better serving customers/members as well as revenue-generating activities.”

The solution is integrated directly into FIntegrate’s FusionCRS, a highly advanced collection and recovery software solution developed exclusively to help credit unions and banks increase collections and reduce loan losses. With the implementation of this platform, banks and credit unions can streamline collection and recovery operations and improve reporting, as well as track all communications and reporting requirements.
