VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--$TSM #6G--EMTAR Technologies today announced the successful silicon validation of its latest chip for 6G non-terrestrial networks (NTN). Developed in collaboration with TSMC as a direct account, the new platform enables highly integrated and intelligent connectivity solutions on a single chip, delivering exceptional sensitivity, energy efficiency, and ultra-low latency signal processing—key enablers for next-generation sensing and communication.

With this silicon validation, EMTAR has demonstrated proven performance, offering significant advantages in power efficiency, signal integrity, and wireless connectivity. The highly integrated system architecture incorporates advanced RF/analog and mixed-signal design techniques, delivering ultra-low noise, wide output power dynamic range, extremely low power consumption, and rapid response through built-in mixed-signal processing for real-time adaptability.

EMTAR’s intelligent system architecture enables consistent sensitivity, ultra-low latency, and stable throughput across diverse and dynamic channel conditions, fully aligned with next-generation NTN performance standards. The system achieves substantial improvements in power efficiency, extended wireless range, and signal responsiveness. These performance gains open the door to a new generation of compact, lightweight devices and terminals, making deployment feasible in environments limited by thermal constraints, latency demands, or strict link budgets.

Engineered with system-level innovation and focused on deployment practicality, EMTAR’s platform addresses long-standing end-user challenges without compromising size, weight, or power. It is particularly suited for 6G use cases, including drones, connected vehicles, and high-altitude platforms (HAPs), where mobility, reliability, and scalable connectivity are critical. The solution also supports integration with secure cloud infrastructure. With end-to-end data sovereignty and security, including encrypted intelligence and private network support, EMTAR empowers clients to maintain full control over their data while achieving scalable, secure, and high-performance connectivity.

“The successful silicon validation of EMTAR’s latest chip for 6G non-terrestrial networks marks a milestone in bringing our intelligent wireless system chip to market,” said Alvis Huang, Founder & CEO of EMTAR Technologies. “As a direct account with TSMC, EMTAR has the flexibility and depth of collaboration needed to deliver high-performance solutions that meet the stringent requirements of emerging 6G NTN applications. This milestone highlights our commitment to innovation that solves real customer challenges and supports the rapid growth of next-generation wireless markets.”
