Communitech Announces The Appointment Of Four New Members To Its Board Of Directors
KITCHENER, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Communitech announced today the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. Bringing years of experience and leadership from leading technology organizations, the new board members are ready to support Communitech as it continues to deliver on its mission of helping founders start, grow and succeed.
The following new board members have been appointed for the 2024-2025 term:
- Adam Belsher, CEO, Magnet Forensics
- Ruth Casselman, CEO, Accelerator Centre
- Hongwei Liu, Founder and CEO, Mappedin
- Iain Stewart, Former President of the National Research Council of Canada

The Communitech Board of Directors is a dynamic mix of entrepreneurs and senior business leaders who are committed to championing Canada’s innovation economy and supporting world-class tech organizations from coast to coast. Catherine Graham, CEO of commonsku, will continue as Chair of the Board, while Michael Doughty, President and CEO (Retired), Manulife Canada, will remain as Vice Chair.
The four new members of the Communitech Board of Directors join the following individuals for the 2024-2025 term:
