Leadership Transformation Designed to Continue Growth and Scale

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Claritas Rx, the leader in technology and analytics to optimize the specialty patient experience, announced new leadership appointments designed to continue growth and scale. The company has welcomed Kevin Donalds as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Elizabeth Marshall as Head of Marketing. Both will report directly to Michael Fitzgibbons, Claritas Rx’s CEO.

Mr. Donalds has been the CFO at several highly successful B2B SaaS companies including Granular, Tutor.com and Popkin Software. He also held Finance leadership roles at Priceline and META Group. He started his career in public accounting at Deloitte. Kevin holds a BS in accounting from the University of Rhode Island and a CPA.

Ms. Marshall comes to Claritas Rx with significant Marketing and Communications experience at high-growth companies. She held Marketing leadership positions at Trinity Life Sciences, IDEMIA and Decision Resource Group (DRG). She holds a BS from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston University.
