OcNOS Software and UfiSpace Hardware Power Cost-Effective, High-Density Routing Solution for Fixed Wireless Deployments

Partnering with RocNet, Broadlinc adopted a network disaggregation approach to deliver cost-effective, high-performance broadband connectivity to underserved areas as part of a grant-funded project.

Broadlinc sought a robust routing solution for its fixed wireless deployments that offered greater durability than its usual WISP-focused vendor and lower costs than solutions typically sought after by larger providers. After a compelling remote lab demonstration by RocNet, Broadlinc chose OcNOS on UfiSpace hardware for its rich feature set, high port density, and cost efficiency. The deployment supports core routing for EPC environments with 5G LTE, connecting rural communities with reliable broadband.
