Join us at SDC’23 on Sept. 19 for the Swordfish Hands-on Labs. 90-minute sessions will offer interactive experiences with guided exercises and tips and tricks for creating and enhancing Swordfish. Beginner and Intermediate & Advanced sessions are available. Erik Riedel will explain how a methodology to apply “carbon points” to hardware components and systems can allow system-level, rack-level, and data-center-level quantification of detailed carbon footprints, which can then be optimized and reduced. Software-Enabled Flash™ is a new storage paradigm engineered as a vendor neutral Linux Foundation project. This technology is dedicated to delivering the full power and flexibility of software-definable flash to developers.
