Saviant Consulting partnered with a US-based provider specializing in large-scale energy storage using repurposed EV batteries. The client, operating in the renewable energy sector, struggled with manual processes and inefficient data management, leading to delays and inaccuracies in decision-making. Their system lacked centralized reporting, which made it difficult to track performance and respond to issues quickly. Additionally, data security risks due to system failures posed a threat to operational integrity.

We delivered a comprehensive solution by implementing an Industrial IoT platform on Azure for real-time data acquisition and centralized data management. A Control Portal was introduced to streamline data access and reporting, while Power BI ensured real-time insights for better decision-making. The cloud-based system minimized risks, improved efficiency, and enhanced the client's ability to manage assets and optimize energy usage. The result was improved profitability and a more sustainable operation within the competitive energy storage market.
