Advanced, AI-powered, low-emissions sidewalk delivery robot manufacturer Serve Robotics has partnered with fast-casual restaurant chain Shake Shack and Uber Technologies’ food delivery platform Uber Eats to bring autonomous delivery robots to the City of Angels.

Through a news release published on its website, Serve Robotics announced that it was partnering with Shake Shack and Uber Eats in a move that will employ autonomous robots for deliveries.

The partnership will include using Serve Robotics’ innovative autonomous delivery robots to deliver Shake Shack orders through the Uber Eats desktop or mobile app.

The service will be available to select customers placing orders through Uber Eats at particular Shake Shack restaurants in Los Angeles, USA.

The partnership builds upon previous such moves made between Uber Eats and Serve Robotics, which have been plying on Los Angeles sidewalks since 2022.

Furthermore, it plays an important role in leading the future expansion of such delivery methods across the United States and reaching Serve’s goal of deploying 2,000 robots across the United States in 2025.
