Built on LinkedIn's vast dataset, including information from 1 billion users and 68 million companies, the AI agent can match candidates based on skills rather than solely on traditional filters like education, salary expectations or location.

What Are The Key Features Of LinkedIn’s Hiring Assistant?

Based on a LinkedIn blog, recruiters will be able to upload detailed job descriptions or brief notes, with the Hiring Assistant transforming them into complete postings. The AI assistant can also help in building an initial candidate pipeline by identifying those who fit the qualifications and criteria set by recruiters.
