PARIS , February 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Sopra Steria, a major tech player in Europe , today announces that it has been ranked among the "leaders" in the NEAT 2024 analysis of CSR services in the banking sector carried out by NelsonHall.
The NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT ) analyzes the performance of ten companies offering CSR-related services in the banking sector. It allows strategic sourcing managers to :
- Evaluate the skills of several service providers using a set of criteria and according to different commercial situations
- And to identify suppliers obtaining the best overall performance and who have specific skills in terms of business solutions meeting certain environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
The CSR services offered by Sopra Steria for the banking sector are based on the Group's transformation skills, its resources and its own experience.
The recognition of Sopra Steria by NelsonHall is based on the following strong points:
- Strong experience and expertise in data management, combined with consulting, implementation and training services for continental Europe .
- A clientele in continental Europe made up of large banks with a national branch network, and a strong capacity to adapt its offers for each of the markets in which its clients are present.
- A significant number of commitments in many sectors, including banking, insurance, commerce and transport. Note among these commitments: the desire to build a new, more sustainable credit model; to optimize the carbon footprint of different payment methods; or to use AI to design a new, more inclusive system for analyzing and obtaining loans.
“This market recognition demonstrates the commitment made by Sopra Steria to its clients, namely to support them in taking into account key societal and environmental issues, as well as in mobilizing internally around these subjects. » , declares Éric Bierry, Chief Executive Officer of Sopra Steria Financial Services.
