AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, acted as the exclusive financial advisor on the sale of Pittsburgh Electrical Insulation (PEI) to Atlanta, GA based Electrical Insulation Suppliers (EIS), a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital Partners. PEI, a trusted leader in the industry since 1947, is a US-based manufacturer, converter, and distributor of industrial-grade electrical insulation products. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital, and led by Managing Director Peter Phillips. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
