Caruso spent nearly 13 years at Cast & Crew, and previously served as VP of Production Finance at Summit Entertainment where he supported major feature films and learned firsthand the complex intersection of creative decision-making and financial oversight. Caruso's career began on set in production roles, giving him a 360-degree view of the pressures finance teams face from prep through wrap.
