Genetic AI Tools Achieve Unprecedented, Almost Perfect Data Accuracy

The latest results deliver 99% accuracy and are available for business decision making after benchmark testing

LONDON , Jan. 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Stratio BD , a leading generative AI and data specialist, today announced that generative AI tools when used with the Stratio Business Semantic Data Layer achieve 99% accuracy and by Companies can be used as a basis for decision-making.

This means employees, regardless of their technical expertise, can use generative AI tools to launch complex data queries and get accurate results immediately, as long as Stratio's Business Semantic Data Layer is also used in parallel.

The test replicated a benchmark previously conducted by data.world, which showed that ChatGPT-4's accuracy tripled when paired with a knowledge graph. However, Stratio BD found that ChatGPT-4 was able to correctly answer data queries made with large amounts of data up to 99% of the time.

The significant increase was directly attributable to the use of Stratio BD's Business Semantic Data Layer , which connects large data sets to business meaning via semantic ontologies and a knowledge graph so that they can be easily accessed and interpreted by generative AI tools and employees alike.

The benchmark test involved asking ChatGPT-4 to answer a series of insurance-related business questions, such as "How long does it take on average to settle a claim?" using information from a standardized data set.

First, ChatGPT was asked to answer these questions without the support of Stratio BD's Business Semantic Data Layer and achieved a hit rate of 17%. The LLM was then asked the same questions using a third-party knowledge graph and achieved a hit rate of 69%. By using Stratio's solution, the value could be increased dramatically up to 99%.
