NEW YORK, July 20, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AuctionAdvisors is seeking offers to acquire the intellectual property and other assets of early-stage medical device company Nervive, Inc., including patents for its therapy for stroke patients. The assets for sale are five patents, prototype equipment and other assets related to the therapy.

Qualifying Bids are due on or before September 19, 2023 and an auction is scheduled for September 21, 2023. AuctionAdvisors is seeking a "stalking horse" bidder on or prior to August 15, 2023.

"Nervive's stroke therapy is designed to be quickly and easily administered in the emergency room or even in an ambulance. It is installed and ready to use at MetroHealth Medical Center and The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, where an early feasibility clinical trial is due to begin," said AuctionAdvisors Managing Partner Joshua Olshin. "The sale is an opportunity for an investor to secure intellectual property resulting from more than $10.7 million of research and funding, including a $3.1 million grant from the National Institutes of Health," Mr. Olshin said.

Interested parties should visit the Data Room via the AuctionAdvisors website or contact Joshua Olshin or Oren Klein directly.

The sale will take place as part of Nervive's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding and is subject to approval by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
