ARCOS Launches The ARCOS Partner Network To Drive Collaboration And Innovation In Utility Workforce Management

Program will extend the value of ARCOS solutions to further improve field operations
COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ARCOS® LLC, a leading provider of field workforce management solutions for utilities and other critical infrastructure industries, today announced a new partner program – the ARCOS Partner Network - designed to increase value for customers and unlock growth for partners that share ARCOS' vision for solving the utility industry's toughest workforce management challenges.

Milsoft, a provider of engineering, operations and customer service utility solutions, is among the first technology partners to join the program. Other initial partners include Buzz Solutions, JNCTN, LiveEO, Noteworthy AI and Sheltera, each of which brings powerful new capabilities for ARCOS customers across crew management, asset inspection, and vegetation management.
The ARCOS Partner Network offers a straightforward, no-fee path for three types of partners:
- Technology: Software providers that exchange data or integrate functionally with ARCOS gain seamless technical integration and dedicated support.
- Services: System integrators and consultants who recommend, implement and/or provide change management consulting for ARCOS products benefit from the opportunity to increase services revenue by leading change management and implementation efforts and deploying ARCOS solutions as part of broad, strategic engagements.
- Sales: Companies that resell ARCOS products gain new sales opportunities through exposure to ARCOS customers and the company's extensive marketing channels, industry events and co-branded promotional efforts.
