Absolutecare And Aetna Better Health Of Illinois Launch Comprehensive Health Care Services In Chicago

CHICAGO, April 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- AbsoluteCare, a leader in value-based health care, today announced its collaboration with Aetna Better Health® of Illinois, a CVS Health® company, to expand services into Chicago in 2025. This collaboration marks a significant milestone as AbsoluteCare introduces its Beyond Medicine™ care to address the unique needs of Aetna Medicaid members in the region.
AbsoluteCare's comprehensive care integrates medical, behavioral, pharmacological and social support services to help vulnerable members overcome health inequities and achieve better outcomes. AbsoluteCare's approach addresses the medical and non-medical challenges faced by members, with an intense focus on social determinants of health (SDoH), including support securing safe housing, accessing food, fostering community through events, and beyond.
