Zehntek Acquires Bossnine Technologies, Strengthening Cybersecurity, Cloud, And Managed Services Portfolio

The acquisition, officially completed on February 16, 2025, expands ZehnTek’s customer footprint across the Northeast, Midwest, and beyond, strengthening its position as a leading provider of hybrid IT, cloud security, and infrastructure services.

With this acquisition, ZehnTek broadens its enterprise networking, infrastructure security, and cloud expertise, adding specialization in Linux, AWS, and open-source technologies.
