Sterling Trading Tech Appoints Industry Veteran Jeff Marston as Chief Technology Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterling Trading Tech (STT), a leader in technology solutions for the capital markets, announced today the appointment of industry veteran Jeff Marston as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Marston will manage STT’s overall technology strategy, oversee technological investments to help drive business development and oversee the development and delivery of technology solutions for clients.

Marston joins STT with over two decades of building and supporting market-leading software applications in the capital markets. His fintech focus and extensive experience in team building, process optimization, software development and project management will contribute to delivery of continued innovation across STT’s growing client base.

Prior to joining Sterling Trading Tech, Marston served has Senior Director of Software Engineering at SS&C Eze, where he managed a global team of more than 100 engineers. Prior to that, he spearheaded innovative tech projects on the front-end framework and OMS teams. Marston holds a BA in Computer Science from Boston College.
