Global technology solutions provider both expands geographic presence and adds new cloud and cybersecurity services capabilities

SOMERSET, N.J. & HYDERABAD, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SHI International, one of the world’s leading technology solutions providers, has today announced the completion of the acquisition of Indian cybersecurity and digital transformation services company, Locuz Enterprise Solutions.

This acquisition will accelerate and enhance SHI’s services and solutions capabilities in key growth areas including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data center, and managed IT operations, as well as add scale for SHI’s global customers.
