DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, announced that Ryan Principal Glenn C. McCoy, Jr. has been named to the Tax Notes State Advisory Board. Tax Notes State is a source of daily news, analysis, and commentary for state tax professionals. Many state tax practitioners in the United States rely on Tax Notes State for comprehensive state and local news, commentary, and analysis, including in-depth coverage of the latest decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court and state courts.

McCoy has more than 30 years of experience in income and franchise tax consulting and public speaking. He specializes in providing clients an integrated suite of state and local tax services on a multijurisdictional basis, including tax recovery, consulting, advocacy, compliance, and technology services. McCoy has extensive experience in handling complex audits, protests, and appeals. He has represented clients in administrative hearings and settlement conferences in more than 20 state jurisdictions and has worked extensively in state tax planning and restructuring engagements. McCoy is also a noted speaker on state and local tax topics and has served as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center.
