WHAT:		Today’s smarter, connected vehicles are literally being driven by software, sensory devices, and electronic control units (ECUs). And with that comes greater demands for functional safety, compliance, and ensuring the software placed into these automotive computer systems is defect free. Yet we know there’s increasing reliance on third-party and open source software which often lacks any validation or provenance, hence introduces risk.
