Dr. Mitch Morris, the newly appointed Managing Principal of Caduceus LAUNCH, brings decades of expertise at the intersection of healthcare and innovation. His career includes leadership roles at Optum, Deloitte, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he gained deep insights into the healthcare ecosystem spanning providers, payers, consumers, and government agencies worldwide.

At Optum, Dr. Morris served as CEO of Optum Advisory Services, driving strategy and operational excellence. At Deloitte, he led the world’s largest Life Sciences and Healthcare professional services practice, and at MD Anderson, he held executive and faculty roles, including Chief Information Officer.
