Axway Software: Eligibility For PEA-PME

Axway (Euronext: AXW.PA), leader in the software infrastructure markets, confirms that it complies with all the eligibility criteria for PEA-PME ¹ as specified by the implementing decree of March 4, 2014 (decree no. °2014-283).

As indicated in article L. 221-32-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, a company is eligible if, on the one hand, it employs less than 5,000 employees, and on the other hand, has a figure of annual business not exceeding 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total not exceeding 2 billion euros. Axway meets all of these criteria.

Consequently, Axway shares can be integrated into PEA-PME securities accounts, which, for your information, benefit from the same tax advantages as the traditional stock savings plan (PEA).

As a reminder, Axway will publish its 2023 annual results on Wednesday February 21, 2024 after market close.
