About Event

Technological innovation has the potential to bring substantial benefits to retailers. Digital tools such as video-enabled customer contact centres can increase sales by as much as 36%,and Generative AI tools have already shown to increase productivity by 14%. However many retailers are unprepared for some of these latest technologies, or unaware of the technological solutions available. This event will focus on retail technology and innovation to provide an opportunity for techUK members to understand the innovation requirements of leading UK retailers and share their innovation solutions. Over the course of the session, we'll hear from retailers and technology providers to understand the current challenges and opportunities within the sector. We'll be joined by representatives from retailers, startups, system integrators, and consultancies, and attendees will get the opportunity to connect to share your solutions, identify new opportunities and build new partnerships.
