About Event

On March 13th and 14th, 2024, under the patronage of Europe's leading future research institute, 2bAHEAD , the brightest minds of the customer experience community will meet in the unique location “ Klassikstadt ” in Frankfurt am Main. This event is taking place for the first time and is not “just” an event. Rather, it is the start of a continuous exchange between future research, strategy consultants, technology manufacturers, project planners and implementers and those responsible from companies and experts in the customer experience economy. It's about creating ecosystems for industries and cross-industry connections, discussing ideas, making and evaluating assumptions and supporting each other when it comes to nothing more and nothing less than planning the future of CX, the Future of CX .
