About Event

We are pleased to announce that the 9th annual Radiology Improvement Summit will be held at Stanford University on February 22-23, 2024. The meeting will be held live and in-person; we encourage everyone to join us in sunny California, though a limited virtual option will again be available for those will be unable to attend in person. This year’s theme is “Deeper Learning.” The tsunami of AI-enabled workflow enhancement and analytics tools is hitting radiology at a historically challenging time, with increasing volumes, workflow shortages, and professional burnout. Yet we know that there are no "magic bullets" to solve these problems, including technology alone. In order to effectively learn from each other, we need to become more adept in sharing and learning universal principles that underly the concrete solutions we have developed. At this year's conference, we will encourage presenters to share principles, illustrated by their local solutions, and encourage audience members to learn to see through the specifics to gain locally-applicable insights. The program will be a 2-day event on Thursday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Time) and Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time).
